Gheorghe Zamfir will be celebrated at the Unforgettable Festival 2024.
His musical successes, spanning the 70s and 80s, included memorable concerts and albums that reached the top of international charts. These achievements earned him the status of a pioneer of the genre and paved the way for a global appreciation of Romanian music.
Gheorghe Zamfir, accompanied by guests such as Rodica Anghelescu, Daniela Ghiță, and the Three Tenors from Iași, will bring musical performances of rare beauty to the Romexpo stage. The Bucharest National Opera Orchestra, under the baton of master conductors Alterisio Paoletti, Giora Linenberg and Daniel Jinga, will complete this exceptional soundscape.
